Jiliaps Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions Jiliaps (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and its members. Jiliaps is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are also available in English; however, the Bengali version applies to members in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

• By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• Jiliaps reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or on the platform.
• These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of the last update.

To create an account on Jiliaps, the following requirements must be met:

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• Each individual may only one account can hold.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.

Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Jiliaps reserves the right to suspend any account at any time if it is found to have been registered with false information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC verification is mandatory to enable withdrawals or process high-value transactions. This may require a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Jiliaps supports multiple deposit methods. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

If a transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3 business days. If the refund does not appear within that time, please contact the support team.

• VIP Gold Member: ৳2,00,000 up to
• VIP Diamond members: Unlimited (subject to prior approval)
• Processing time: typically 30 seconds to 24 hours

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

General Bonus Rules

• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before claiming any bonus.
• A minimum wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

Welcome Bonus

The following rules apply when betting on Jiliaps:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash out option is active.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jiliaps reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳20
• Maximum payout (single bet): ৳50,00,000

Cashout Rules

Cash out is available on selected betting markets. The cash out amount is determined by the current match situation and may be higher or lower than the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jiliaps:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fake information.
• Coordinated betting to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing other members or misconduct toward platform staff.

Jiliaps reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or attempted fraud.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (180 days or more).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before the account is closed. After closure, your data will be retained for a specified period as required by law.

Jiliaps takes responsible betting seriously. We want our members to bet for entertainment, not out of addiction.
